No jargon. No surprises. Just results.

We keep things simple because your time is valuable. Here's exactly what to expect when you work with us.

From first conversation to working solution.

Most projects go from initial chat to live solution within 2–4 weeks. Here's how it works.

01

The conversation

It starts with a chat — over email, phone, or in person if you're local. We ask about your business, what's frustrating you, and where your team is losing time. This isn't a sales call. It's an honest discussion to figure out if there's something we can actually help with. If there isn't, we'll say so.

02

The proposal

If there's a good fit, we come back with a clear written proposal. It covers exactly what we'll build, how long it'll take, and what it'll cost — fixed price, no ambiguity. We also explain in plain English what the end result will look like and how much time or money it should save you. You decide whether to go ahead with no pressure.

03

The build

Once you give the go-ahead, we get to work. We'll keep you updated throughout and you'll have the chance to see and test things as we go. We don't disappear for weeks and come back with something you didn't ask for — we check in regularly so the final result is exactly what you need.

04

The handover

When everything's working and you're happy with it, we hand it over. We'll walk your team through how to use it, make sure everyone's comfortable, and provide clear documentation. It's yours — no ongoing fees unless you want continued support.

05

Ongoing support (optional)

If you'd like us to stick around — for tweaks, maintenance, or new projects — we offer simple monthly retainers. Most clients find that once the initial system is running, they spot more opportunities to improve. We're always happy to help when that happens.

What you can expect from us.

Fixed pricing

The price we quote is the price you pay. No hourly overruns, no hidden extras. If a project takes us longer than expected, that's our problem, not yours.

Plain English

We explain everything in normal language. If we ever use a technical term, we'll explain what it means. You should always understand exactly what you're getting.

Honesty first

If we don't think automation will solve your problem, we'll tell you. If a cheaper or simpler solution exists, we'll point you to it. We'd rather earn your trust than take your money for something that won't help.

You own everything

Whatever we build belongs to you. No lock-in, no proprietary systems only we can maintain. If you want to take it to another provider down the line, you can.

Things people usually ask.

Q

How much does it cost?

It depends on the project. Small automations might be a few hundred pounds. Larger process overhauls could be a few thousand. We always give you a fixed quote upfront so there are no surprises. If it's outside your budget, we'll tell you what's possible within it.

Q

How long does it take?

Most projects take 1–4 weeks from agreement to delivery. Simple automations can sometimes be turned around in days. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.

Q

Will you need access to our systems?

Sometimes, but we always start with the minimum access needed. Many projects can be built with exported data or alongside your existing tools. We'll never ask for more access than necessary, and we take data security seriously.

Q

What if it doesn't work?

You test everything before it goes live. If it's not right, we fix it. We don't consider a project finished until you're genuinely happy with the result.

Q

Do we need to change our existing software?

Almost never. We work with whatever you're already using — spreadsheets, accounting software, CRMs, email. The whole point is to make your current setup work better, not replace it.
